Few suggestions for resole torrent internet download limit

1.try reinstall your client.
if you don't feel better do that you can check this settings.under click options->preference->

  • in general => click install ipv6/teredo
  • bandwidth => global upload rate = what ever u want, global download rate = 0 kB/s,global rate limit options = unchecked all
  • in bit torrent => basic bit torrent features = unchecked only limit local peer bandwidth, protocol encryption outgoing disabled, and check allow incoming legacy connections)
  • in transfer cap => uncheck enable transfer cap, and reset history
  • in queuing => unchecked seeding task have higher priority than downloading tasks under seeding goal.
  • in advance(before you change you need to know if value have * mark that mean this values are already change somehow) => bt.alllow_same_ip = true(not recommend to change other values if you have no idea whats happening then)

2.if you already have problem i recommend you to use http way.
some time torrent going crazy speed drop down.in that time i use this two site to convert torrent => Http ( you need upload your torrent file then get http link use http link down load form browser or your downloading software like IDM,Flash GET or orbit(recommend)).

  • best site Filestreem
  • also can try http://www.zbigz.com
  • you can convert your http link => torrent http://burnbit.com/

3.you can try change your port,on your torrent client.
(click options->preference->click connection->click random port,and check all checkboxs with out randoimize port each start, also turn off proxy servr.to do that selec type=none;)

4.also you can check firewall setting is there really give permission to your torrent clientaccess internet thought firewall.
 click start => control panel => system security => windows firewall => Allow a program or feature trough windows firewall => click allow another program.. => select your torrent client => click network location type => cheeked both home and public => click ok => click Add => click ok.
if you have Additional firewall coming form 3rd party such as AVG Internet Security you need to give allow access internet to your client thought their firewall.
